Description

The Last of Us: Part II is the sequel to The Last of Us, a secretly developed for two-year project by Naughty Dog's second team, which tells the story of Ellie, the protagonist who sets out to get revenge for the death of Joel Miller in Seattle. In 2017, it won the Golden Joystick Award for the most anticipated game in the UK.

On December 4, 2016, Sony sent out a trailer for The Last Survivor: Part II on the official PlayStation channel on Youtube, which gave us a lot of hints, including where the previous protagonist Joel (Joel) will go which gets the most attention from the players. Speculation that the trailer Joel is likely just Ellie's fantasy out. According to the official disclosure, Ellie will be the object of player control. The story of this game takes place a few years after the previous one. If the previous story tells the "love", then this one will tell the story of "hate". The title "The Last of Us: Part II" implies that this game and the previous one together form a bigger story.

On June 19, 2020, "The Last of Us: Part II" was released.

On August 13, 2020, "The Last of Us: Part II" was free to be updated 1.05 version, new difficulty "Jedi difficulty", "permanent death" mode, and more than 30 kinds of filter effects.

How to play

Most of the glass in "The Last of Us: Part II" can be broken, in addition to making sounds to distract the enemy, there are many uses, for example, you can break the glass of the retail machine to get the food, the supermarket or convenience store refrigerator can be broken to get vitamins or containers, and the glass of the hidden room can be broken to climb in.

As in the previous game, we use bricks, smoke bombs, petrol bombs, when the enemy is close to a certain distance, a white circle on the body will appear, then press R2 can be thrown directly at the enemy items, rate close to 100%! This quick throw is often faster and more accurate than pressing L2 to aim yourself. When you're being chased by a bunch of infected, it's pretty cool to pull them together and throw a quick petrol bomb!

In the game, after hitting an enemy with a throw, the enemy will be stunned, you can approach the enemy and directly hold them hostage or pummel them. If you add a melee weapon, you can kill most enemies in one hit. When everyone is surrounded by left and right this is a very practical casting trick, you can hide behind cover, throw a brick or glass bottle to stun an enemy.

When you encounter an enemy with a dog, you should eliminate the person first, and then deal with the dog. The specific method is that throw bricks to lure away the hounds. A better method is to first kill the enemy with the hounds at a distance with a silenced weapon, and then shoot the hounds with a silenced weapon.

The Last of Us: Part II is the sequel to the critically acclaimed "The Last Survivor" on the PS3 platform, developed and produced by Naughty Dog Studios. The first part of the pain of the loss of his daughter, Joel, and a naive 14-year-old girl Allie in the post-apocalyptic world through a variety of hardships and human trials, in the sequel, to continue to face this crisis of survival torture.

When I first experienced the game, my first impression was the greatly improved graphics performance, still in third person perspective, the same environment surrounded by danger. And in the overall atmosphere to enhance the power of creating, through the gloomy weather, dilapidated buildings, the ubiquitous sense of desolation, straight to the heart of the layers of depression.

There was a game through a certain organ of the horse, let people feel the production team for the ultimate pursuit of "real", in the experience of "The Last Survivor 2" process, I also have the same feelings. The game's impact on the protagonist and the environment is portrayed in detail, the splash of snow in the snow, rubbing the trees fallen snow, with the ups and downs of the hair, gradually appear in the face and clothing stains, which are trying to deepen the "sense of immersion".

The atmosphere is not only enhanced by the environment, the character modeling of this game is also more detailed. The most impressive thing is the expressions that are visually reflected in different scenarios and environmental dialogue. If you take a closer look at the character's demeanor during dialogue, you'll be surprised at how hard it is to detect stereotypes and stiffness, the slightly furrowed brow, the slight flicker and wanderlust in the gaze, and the awkward curvature of the corners of the mouth, all convey a clear sense of emotion and make it easier to get into the character's emotions.

The game is based on infiltration combat in the context of our vulnerability, the original action system has been enhanced with new evasive commands and combat methods, giving us more meandering options when fighting in close quarters. The environment is also rich in interactive items, without the use of firearms, bricks, Molotov cocktails are also available at your fingertips.

In addition to combat, it needs more about the exploration of the map. This game blurs the distinction between exploration areas and combat areas, and also gives Ellie the ability to jump and climb using ropes. Not only by rummaging through boxes to get supplies, there are various puzzles in the scene, allowing you to further enhance the sense of effectiveness through deduction. Thanks to the detailed portrayal of the environment, exploration has become a pleasure, and this drive to understand the environment will make you unconsciously immerse yourself in it.

The main focus of The Last of Us: Part II is naturally the plot, but it's not easy to cover the content in this article. All I can say is that the direction and performance of the plot bring a great sense of satisfaction. The game's score is estimated to be as beautiful as ever, and this sequel is indeed worthy of everyone's bitter anticipation over the years.
