Tap Away is a mobile game that uses intelligence and a lot of perspective-taking that will be asked in the gameplay. The blocks are in specific directions and your main objective is to tap them away as you can tell what’s the name of the game. Also, different colors of blocks waiting for you to resolve. Your left brain will be activated for spatial cognition and understanding the importance of orders that’s the key to success in this game.

 

The skins and shapes in this game are just disastrously designed and it’s so hideous in my opinion. There is this green skin that looks like it’s about to burst into flames because it’s so shiny and unbearable. The shapes in this game are quite awkward looking at the same time that I don’t even know why it’s designed this way when there are plenty of designs that are ready to go.

 

I mean it’s a 3D intelligent game so there shouldn’t be a lot that I should be asking for but I feel like if the developers could do something about it would definitely attract more players and make the gaming environment more fun and interesting. If you are tired of school work or your job, this game can be your go-to place but you will have to dedicate a lot of your cognitive energy to it if you want to challenge yourself to the very next level. So this game won’t be your very best option if you are just trying to relax your brain and have an easy time. Those blocks will only go in one direction, so you would have to be extra cautious about where you are pointing on the screen and your job is sort of like you would want to attack the blocks by changing place on your phone screen to make sure that the blocks are being properly erased.

 

This game is offline so you don’t have to be worried about your data running out and it also can help exercise your executive control and your critical thinking skill. This game could be fun for those who want to challenge themselves in the intelligence field to a higher level. It’s a good puzzle game but I feel like the underlying design in this game is undoubtedly unbelievably harder than the developers think it is. When the puzzle squares get too much, especially when you reach the end of the challenges. It’s just like blocks floating everywhere and you won’t even know what exactly you are doing on the screen because it will take up the whole screen place. You won’t be able to tell which directions the blocks are heading and the turning system is just completely messed up in this game so you would have to spend a lot of attention on this impossible mission. The ads in this game, like many other mini-game, are the 2 concerns of the game besides the mechanism. A mobile can easily become unattractive when there are mandatory ads to go through.

 

If the developers can figure out a way to fix those questions and problems that I wrote about in the previous context, then this game would definitely have a good chance of future success but if not, then the game will be more likely to lose existing players and more likely to not being able to recrew other possible interested players that are out in the gaming field. I would love to continue the game if the developers can add an ad-free option as I would imagine a lot of others sharing the same opinion.
