Plague Inc. is a unique combination of high strategy and scary realistic simulation developed and published by British independent video game studio Ndemic Creations. Plague Inc. has been downloaded more than 160 million times as of May 2021, according to Ndemic Creations. The developers of Plague Inc. were invited to speak at the CDC in Atlanta on in-game disease modeling! The game is inspired by "Contagion" and a 2008 flash game "Pandemic 2" where players create and evolve a pathogen to wipe out humanity with a deadly epidemic. The game uses an epidemiological model with complex and realistic variables to simulate the spread and severity of the plague. Your pathogen has just infected "patient zero". Now you must end human history by evolving a deadly global plague, while at the same time adapting to what humanity has done to protect itself.
► Stunning retina graphics with a highly polished interface (Contagion guaranteed)
► Highly detailed, hyper-realistic world with advanced AI (Outbreak management)
► Comprehensive in-game help and tutorial system (I am Legendarily helpful)
► 12 different disease types with radically different strategies to master (12 Monkeys?)
► Full Save/Load functionality (28 Saves Later!)
► 50 countries to infect, hundreds of traits to evolve, and thousands of world events to adapt to (Pandemic evolved)
► Full game support for scoreboards and achievements
► Expansion updates add the mind-controlling Neurax Worm, the zombie-producing Necroa Virus, Speed Runs and real-life Scenarios!

I still remember the good old times I spent with Plague Inc. a long time ago. It’s like the game version of flu and all of the transmitted diseases. The game came out to be really popular and there are all kinds of people who were playing this game. The game is pretty straightforward asking the players to create deadly diseases or viruses to destroy the whole society in every corner of the world. So if you are a big fan of imagining humanity fading away, this game might just be right for you.
I mean this game came out pretty early in the years and I’m not 100 percent attracted by the graphics or the overall quality but it’s for sure the ideology that the game has at the very beginning where nobody else thought about giving it to the audience that captures attention. And I’m just grateful that creators back then have all sorts of amazing and wholesome ideas that they put the game into action and opened a new era for the game industry. It’s remarkable and also well-deserved attention.
I still remembered when I spent time with my classmates when I was in school trying to get the virus and the diseases to the corner of the world where it’s least likely to be contagion by disease. And one of the best features of this game has to be the podcast of how many people are dying and the news that jumps out after a while saying that whatever countries have the outspread of the virus and how harmful the virus is. It’s like in real life and how the coronavirus took place in the world. It’s realistic and makes people wonder if there is an outbreak of the virus, there isn’t anywhere that isn’t gonna be affected. Also one of the blasts of this game has to be when you try to create your own unique and very deadly diseases. The process makes you feel like it’s in a real lab and that you are that evil antagonist who is trying to destroy the world for good. The process has something like attracting the mouse gene or what’s so ever. It’s really similar to how you would create something like a virus.
The graphics aren’t the best like I’ve told you guys about but I feel like the game would be much more successful if the creators can create more generations of the game afterward to make sure that people like this series. This game marks a great beginning for virus-related games and it’s a brilliant idea that is worth worshiping. And the best part about this game is the fact that it came out at the beginning of the smartphone and smart tablets years which makes this game one of the most iconic and memorable games as there were so few actual games that you can play when you got the first smartphone in the market.
To conclude, the game is great for its time and also great for people nowadays to check back upon it because you might fall for the game once again because it’s so great. And as a fan of the Plague Inc. and as someone who spends good times with friends on this game. I will look forward to more related games if there are any but I’m not quite sure if there is still are any in the market based on my own research. Overall, a great game that is worth spending your time and money on! So don't hesitate about it if you didn't try this game before!
