Cut the Rope is a very cute action puzzle physics game featuring cute 2D graphics, simple operation and cheerful sound effects. The main character of the game is a green monster named Om Nom, which has only one requirement ...... candy! In each level, the candy is suspended by one or more ropes, and all you have to do is cut the rope to make the candy fall into Om Nom's mouth, just like the name of the game. Cut the Rope combines realistic physics effects with simple and accurate touch controls. Simply slide your finger over the rope to cut it, but it's not always that simple. If cutting the rope seems simple enough for a puzzle game, the addition of multiple additional mechanics and an impressively accurate physics engine make it a must-own title.

The goal of each level is to place a piece of candy - suspended by a series of ropes - into the mouth of a cute little monster named Om Nom somewhere on the screen. To do this, you must cut the ropes in such a way that the candy swings, jumps or falls into the little guy's mouth. But it's not easy. The gameplay of the game is based on physics, the candy acts as a weight and is suspended by many ropes, you not only have to cut them in the right order but at the right time to take advantage of inertia. To make things more complicated, you also encounter movable pegs; spikes; electricity; bubbles that make the candy float; and whoopee cushions, which send puffs of air that can blow the candy in different directions. These hazards can help or hinder your progress, but the main skill is learning when to "cut the cord" in order to swing the candy to the next best position.

In Cut the Rope, not only do you need to feed Om Nom, but in order to get the highest score, you also need to collect 3 golden stars in each stage. Some are easy, some are very difficult; you will have to use your mind to get them. It's important to learn to use all kinds of special tools! Use the special air pump to blow candies into bubbles, catapult candies onto the screen to reach those hard-to-reach stars, and use the hidden ropes and special pulleys to try to get each star! The game is separated into level packs called boxes. Each box contains 25 levels, with 3 stars on each level. Each new box contains new, more challenging stars and obstacles.

Each level is cleverly designed to make delivering the candy to the monster difficult but not impossible. Solving the levels requires precise timing and delicate precision. As you progress through the game's 150 levels (with more on the way), the difficulty mounts steadily, which results in some real head-scratchers toward the end. If you want to play Cut the Rope well, you must first think calmly, have a general understanding of the whole scene, and then come up with a general route, try to use every mechanism, because the designer will not give you useless, which is quite kind. In addition, in the case that the situation cannot be opened, it may be possible to create opportunities by sliding and leveraging force, which often has unexpected effects.

In my opinion, Cut the Rope is a game worth playing. It combines great physics, extremely tricky levels and bright, colorful visuals. The clever game mechanics also keep players coming back for more. In addition, relaxing music and cute cartoon characters can ease players' nervousness and make them better immersed in their thinking. Best of all, all of this can be done in a short amount of time with simple controls. It offers all the charm, variety, and smart level design you'd expect from a puzzle game, yet simple enough for anyone to use. It's one of the most original and fun games on the App Store.
