This game is a classic! From the makers of Talking Tom Cat and Talking Ben the Dog, Talking Ginger is an interactive game for all the family. Ginger is an orange cat who is most likely a tabby. He has blue eyes and a pink nose. Ginger's gender has often been confused for being a female, probably because the name "Ginger" is more of a feminine type name, but actually he is Tom's nephew. Ginger is playful and a prankster. He loves to prank people and can be reasonably cruel sometimes, even if he doesn't intend to be. He is also very immature and gets into trouble a lot.

As with the other talking titles from Outfit 7, you can speak at Ginger and she will repeat what you said in a squeaky voice. Talking Ginger is much more than this though, and there's plenty to do in the game. You can brush her teeth, dry her hair, and shower her. I love this game, especially when I use the blow dryer! All of these acts are played out through cute, funny animations. You can record all these actions, and the speech to create your own videos, which can then be shared in several ways.

When Ginger is hungry, you just need to press the dedicated "mealtime" button to eat with him. There are a variety of delicious foods in the game, including candies, biscuits, bread, seeds, and so on. Ginger is like artificial intelligence, it will answer various questions of the player, and its voice is very cute, just like raising a real personal pet! What’s more interesting is that there are still many pictures that need to be unlocked to see. As long as you keep playing with Ginger, you will be able to unlock various puzzle pictures and Ginger’s vivid dream photos!

Most of the apps Ginger is featured in are designed for younger kids and to help them learn. However, the game still contains ads and in-app purchases. Talking Ginger gives you four free toothpaste tubes and you can buy more through an in-app purchase (which also removes ads). Handily, the developer has included a Child Mode in the game, which prevents kids from accessing in-app purchases. Child Mode also disables video creation. So parents can safely let their children play this game and learn some basic knowledge while enjoying the game.
